According to Canon Law (n 537) there needs to be a Finance Council in each parish.  They  serve as a consultative body to advise and assist the Parish Priest in administering the  financial affairs of the parish. 

There are four Catholic Parishes in Rockhampton:

• St Joseph's Cathedral Parish (established in 1863)
• Rockhampton North Parish (established in 1901)
• Park Avenue Parish (established in 1942)
• Rockonia Parish (established in 1947)

So there are four Finance Councils for the Rockhampton Parishes.  Their members are as follows:

St Joseph's Cathedral Parish Finance Council:
Jerry Lynch (Chair), Pam Mazzer, Helen Godwyn

Rockhampton North (St Mary's) Parish Finance Council:
Pat McDevitt (Chair), Mark Hopkins, Karyn Redmond

Park Avenue Parish Finance Council:
Anne Burbidge (Chair), John Voss, Kevin Hogan

Rockonia (Holy Family) Parish Finance Council:
Michael Crawford (Chair), Joy Baker, Phillip Bauman
