Hi, I am Maria 'Joy' Mendoza.  Throughout my remarkable 31-year journey in the business industry, I have amassed extensive expertise from diverse roles in esteemed global corporations.  My academic achievements reflect my dedication to continuous professional growth, culminating in the attainment of a Master's Degree in Business Administration, with a specialisation in Leadership and People Management.  I have empowered numerous individuals to assume leadership roles and effectively led large teams within multimillion-dollar enterprises.  In 2007, my husband, son, and I made the life-changing decision to relocate from the Philippines to Australia.  This move proved to be a tremendous blessing as we embraced the opportunity to become part of this stunning country that we have grown to cherish and respect deeply. Since my younger days, I have actively served in churches, participated in catechist programs, and been involved in the church choir. Serving both God and the community has consistently remained one of my utmost passions and sources of fulfillment.
